Job Description : Head of Engineering – Injectable Pharma Facility ???????? ???? Location: Gulf Country. ???? Experience: 18–20 Years ???? Industry: Sterile/complex Injectable Manufacturing, Regulatory: USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP ???? Your Role: ? Lead cross-functional engineering teams ? Ensure 24/7 plant operations: WFI, PW, PSG, HVAC, AHUs, Utilities ? Manage breakdown & preventive maintenance for autoclaves, lyophilizers, filling lines ? Drive engineering KPIs: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Machine Utilization, Downtime ? Lead audits (USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA), manage IQ/OQ/PQ documentation ? Oversee HT/LT equipment – Transformers, DGs, RMUs, VCBs, ACBs ? Execute engineering projects – Budget, CAPEX, Timelines
