We are seeking a strategic finance leader to build and lead a next-generation FP&A capability for a fast-growing, multi-vertical consumer goods conglomerate. This role combines financial planning, commercial analytics, and strategic decision support for senior leadership. What You’ll Do Build and lead an enterprise-wide FP&A function integrating reporting, forecasting, and analytics across 10+ markets and multiple business verticals. Partner with the C-suite to deliver insight-driven decision support, scenario modeling, and strategic growth planning. Deploy digital analytics tools to drive real-time business intelligence and performance visibility. Support M&A, portfolio optimization, and capital allocation to maximize shareholder value. Lead and mentor a high-performance finance team and embed a transformation mindset. What You’ll Bring 18+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, and strategic planning within FMCG, commodities, or diversified industrial groups. Proven success in transforming finance functions into value creation engines. Strong experience in business partnering, investment evaluation, and digital finance tools. Executive presence with the ability to influence and drive change across a complex, fast-moving organization. High preference for candidates with fluency in English and Arabic.
