Job Description : General Manager (Edible Oil Refinery) Industry: FMCG (Edible Oil) Location: East Africa Nationality: Open to all nationalities Joining: Immediate or with notice period Salary: Competitive + other company benefits Qualifications, Skills and Experience • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or a related field • 10-15 years of experience in the edible oil sector • Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial role • Strong knowledge of ERP and production managernent software • Experience in operational leadership, quality control, and food safety compliance • Familiarity with labor laws and team development Key Responsibilities • Oversee complete operations of the edible oil refinery • Ensure high-quality output aligned with food and safety standards • Develop and manage operational budgets and profitability analysis • Identify and drive growth opportunities • Supervise raw material sourcing, inventory, and logistics • Ensure legal and compliance reporting across departments • Lead and manage teams across functions to maintain efficiency and standards
