Job Description : HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT ???? Location: UAE ???? Priority: Urgent ???? Salary: AED 25,000 – 30,000 + 45 days annual leave + all other benefits as per UAE Labor Law ???? Qualifications & Experience: ?? CPA / CA required (CIA is an added advantage) ?? Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE(mandatory) in a similar leadership role ???? Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead and manage the Internal Audit function and a team of auditors ???? Examine and assess accounting records & financial reports ???? Analyze audit reports across group companies ???? Manage risk, ensure financial integrity & compliance across the audit cycle ???? Review pricing and investment proposals ???? Evaluate company policies, procedures & systems ???? Skills & Attributes: ? High level of maturity & integrity ? Excellent verbal & written communication skills ? Strong IT/System knowledge ? Familiarity with UAE laws & regulations ? Discretion in handling confidential matters
