10 yearsJob Description : WHOLE SALES SALES MANAGER DUBAI Is a well known global consumer goods organization with a strong portfolio of brands. Your Role : You will carry deep experience of the wholesales channel in the UAE market, relationships with top-tier wholesalers and trading houses like Al Maya, Choithrams Wholesale, Al Adil, Baqer Mohebi, West Zone Distribution, and Union Coop Wholesale, along with the Deira market traders and regional export consolidators. This role is about trading intensity: price competitiveness, relationship leverage, fast stock rotation, and razor-sharp margin management in a high-volume commodities business. Develop and execute a wholesale channel strategy focused on staples and commodity categories (rice, pulses, edible oils) Build trusted relationships with key wholesalers, cash & carry operators, and market consolidators to secure long-term supply agreements and trading commitments Negotiate pricing, rebates, and credit terms, ensuring competitive positioning while protecting margins Track commodity price movements, currency fluctuations, and demand spikes to adjust trade tactics in real-time Drive coverage and distribution depth in high-demand geographies, ensuring product availability at competitive price points Partner closely with supply chain for order fulfillment, stock rotation, and shelf-life management in temperature-sensitive categories Lead a small sales team focused on collections, field coverage, and trade compliance Must Have : 10+ years of sales experience rooted in wholesales channel. Established relationships with the key players and trading hub. Negotiation strength and the ability to manage high-volume, price-sensitive business with tight credit and cash flow control Commercial acumen, risk awareness, and quick decision-making skills in volatile market conditions
