Job Description : TRADE MARKET SUPERVISOR DUBAI Distributor Management Ø Priorities markets and determine market entry strategies for new regions and for new and existing product portfolios Ø Collect and analyze market data to drive growth and develop markets. Ø Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact AD Instruments sales. Ø In-store promotional activities Ø Assign sales territories and set and enforce sales goals with distributors. Ø Ensure revenue targets of distributors are achieved within the responsible territories. Ø Develop an accurate and realistic annual budget plan and monitor performance to budget. Ø Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements. Ø Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality. Ø Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in the distribution centre.
