Key Responsibilities: Lead corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning across group entities Provide financial leadership to drive business transformation, digitalization, and performance improvement Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board Oversee M&A, group restructuring, risk management, and capital allocation Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to align financial goals with corporate vision ???? Requirements: Proven track record as a Finance Director / CFO, ideally in group-level or multi-entity environments Prior experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, PwC, EY-Parthenon, Deloitte Consulting) Strong financial acumen combined with business strategy mindset Excellent communication and leadership skills with stakeholder management experience CPA or CFA is a plus ????
