Job Description : WH MANAGER TANZANIA Urgent opening with the Reputed Plastic Packaging company for the position of Warehouse Manager - East Africa Education: Graduate in Any Discipline + MBA Preferred Experience: 10-15 Years in in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain. The incumbent will be responsible to oversee daily operations, inventory management, & team coordination within our warehouse facility. This role is ideal for an expatriate spouse with prior experience in operations, and a strong ability to adapt to new environments and lead diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity · Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and timely dispatch of goods · Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards · Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations · Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics · Optimize space utilization and layout for operational efficiency · Handle documentation and compliance with local regulations · Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
