Job Description : Project Director – Major Building Project | Abu Dhabi (main contractor only) We are working with a leading international contractor on a high-value, technically complex building project in Abu Dhabi, valued at over AED 3 billion. This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive experience delivering large-scale, high-security, or mission-critical developments. Role: Project Director Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Start Date: September 2025 Duration: 3 years Salary: AED 73,000/month (all-inclusive) Schedule: 5.5 days per week Benefits: 30 days annual leave, UAE public holidays, family medical (up to 3 children), schooling allowance for 2 children Requirements: Minimum 15 years’ experience in project management At least 5 years in a Project Director role with a main contractor Proven experience delivering high-value building projects (AED 3bn+) Strong leadership, commercial, and contractual expertise Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred) Fluent in English; This is a key leadership opportunity on one of the region’s most high-profile and technically demanding building projects.
