Job Description : Plant Head - East Africa Education: Any Graduate/ BE/ B. Tech & MBA/ ME/ M. Tech' Exp: 15-20 Years in RGB & PET line Job Responsibilities: · Handling Production planning, Operation & maintenance of PET CSD Bottling lines and RGB bottling line. · Carrying out Annual Preventive &routine breakdown maintenance of Pet& RGB lines having operations like Filling, Packaging & palletizing, Conveyors etc. · Responsible for achieving targets of RM/PM yields and productivity parameters. · Responsible for Manufacturing Excellence using 5S, TPM. · Planning & Ordering Spares Parts for breakdown of machines & projects / modifications as well as Interaction & follow-up with vendors for the imported & local spare parts. · To ensure accuracy of data on SAP. · Well-versed with SAP Module for production booking, reports generation and Month end closing activities. · Improvement Projects- OEE, KPIs, Employee engagement, and Spare Management. · To ensure Quality parameters in day to day operations and cleared all audit like AIB Inspection (American Institute of Baking) audits , Food safety audits FSSC- 22000& EMS OHSAS surveillance and recertification OHSAS · Validation and verification of CCPs, PRPs, OPRPs & HACCP Plan. · Maintaining Good GMP, GHK & personal hygiene in plant & workplace.
