Oversee all financial operations for the Thailand-based digital asset exchange, ensuring full compliance with SEC filing requirements and local statutory regulations. Manage the preparation, review, and timely submission of comprehensive financial statements and reports, including those required by regulatory authorities. Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws and regulatory obligations, proactively addressing any compliance issues as they arise. Lead, nurture, and develop a small but high-performing finance team consisting of an accountant, treasury specialist, and tax officer. Provide hands-on guidance to junior staff members through training sessions, mentoring, and daily support to foster their professional growth. Collaborate closely with business units across the organisation to deliver actionable financial insights that inform strategic decision-making. Identify potential financial risks early on and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard organisational assets. Liaise confidently with external auditors, regulators, and other key stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and smooth audit processes.
