Position: Managing Director (Full-Time) What You’ll Be Doing: Set and execute the strategic direction for the company across all business lines: warehousing, transport, customs clearance, and freight forwarding. Lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in local and regional markets. Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure sustainable profitability. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, government stakeholders, and industry partners. Ensure compliance with all local and international logistics regulations and standards. Report to the Board and provide insights on market trends, operational performance, and strategic initiatives. What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry. Strong understanding of the Indonesian logistics landscape, including regulatory and operational frameworks. Proven success in leading multi-service logistics operations. Commercially savvy with strong financial acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth, efficiency, and innovation. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
