Job Description : General Manager – Formulations Business Development (US & Europe) Location: Hyderabad We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our formulations business development for the US and Europe. The role focuses on driving new partnerships, expanding client relationships, and growing our global business. Responsibilities: Develop and execute BD strategies Identify opportunities and build a strong pipeline Manage relationships with pharma companies, CMOs, distributors Lead contract negotiations Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, and Production teams Track market trends and competition Represent the company at industry events Provide forecasts and market updates Build and lead the BD team Requirements: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy/Science; MBA preferred 18–22 years in formulations BD (US & Europe) Proven success in client acquisition and revenue growth Strong knowledge of regulations and supply chains Established global pharma network Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership Open to international travel
