Job Description : Senior Operations Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: Minimum 15 years proven experience managing 100+ retail stores with network expansion & multi-concept formats with a strong background in large-format or multi-brand retail. Hands-on experience in the GCC region, with deep market knowledge of UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar Track record of integrating multiple retail brands under a unified operational model Strong commercial acumen, having managed regional revenue of AED?500M+ annually Leadership experience overseeing 600+ employees through multiple senior-level direct reports Excellent cross-functional leadership, aligning teams across Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and more Demonstrated success in scaling multi-store retail networks and driving regional growth Skilled in people management, coaching, and team performance development and senior stakeholder management.
