Job Description : HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION EAST AFRICA Lead and execute the Group’s digital transformation strategy with measurable outcomes. Oversee full-scale ERP integration (e.g., Lighthouse, SAP B1) across all departments and geographies. Drive the organization towards a paperless, data-driven culture through digitization of core functions. Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies tailored to specific market needs in Africa. Design and deliver digital tools including CRM systems, IoT integrations, data warehousing, and mobile applications. Build and manage a high-performing internal innovation and software development team. Collaborate with external consultants and developers to support specialized technology implementations. Ensure robust IT governance, documentation, and scalable systems architecture across all initiatives. Champion innovation, automation, and continuous improvement practices within business processes. Create standardized protocols for software development, UI/UX design, and data infrastructure. Key Skills Required: Experience in managing or founding tech solutions or platforms is an added advantage. Previous exposure to operations in Africa is desirable.
