Job Description : Business Development Manager – Pharma Division (OTC Products) ???? Location: East Africa | ???? Contract: 3 Years ???? Role Overview: We are leading merchant exporter in Pharma OTC, Cosmetics & Health Products. Drive business growth and expand our OTC product portfolio across East African markets. ?? Key Responsibilities: ? Develop & implement business and sales strategies in East Africa ? Identify new market opportunities and potential customers ? Build and manage distributor & retail channel networks ? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms ? Achieve sales targets and monitor performance ? Coordinate with marketing, logistics & supply chain teams ? Ensure compliance with local pharma regulations ???? Requirements: ? Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Pharma segment (preferably OTC products) ? Strong business development & channel management skills ? Proven track record in achieving sales targets ?
