F & b Director

Job Description : BAHRAIN – Director of Food & Beverages – US$ 79,500 Plus The candidate must be a degree holder in Hotel Management with minimum of 7 years’ experience in a high volume F & B environment in a 5 star international hotel in Europe, America, Canada . Middle East experience is preferred. She / He will be responsible for managing the F&B strategy in all existing outlets and new F&B concepts under development with particular emphasis on maximizing return on invested capital. In addition, full responsibility for operating profitability where applicable for franchise and company direct owned F&B outlets. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and initiatives. Excellent communication skills are required for this leadership role. The annual net salary will be in the range of USD 79,500 plus expat family status including travel, medical and accommodation.
