Job Description : This is a full-time on-site role for an operations Manager with experience in the Oil & Gas industry and white-collar management The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations within the manpower sector and manage white-collar workers. Responsibilities include coordinating and optimizing workflow, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency. The role also involves leading teams, conducting performance reviews, and implementing strategic initiatives.
