Job Description : HEMM HEAD JHARKAND INDIA • Manage a large HEMM fleet: Excavators, Dozers, Dumpers, Drills & more • Drive preventive & predictive maintenance schedules • Lead technical teams: Operators, Fitters, Mechanics, Supervisors • Ensure compliance with DGMS safety norms & mining regulations • Collaborate with OEMs for spares, AMCs & audits • Implement digital tools/ERP for fleet tracking • Control costs & optimize equipment performance Location: Jharkhand &Employment: Full Time I Permanent *Qualification: Graduate (Any stream) WHO CAN APPLY • Proven experience in HEMM fleet management (coal/mineral mining) • Expertise in Caterpillar, Komatsu, BEML Tata-Hitachi, L&T, Sandvik • Familiarity with SAP/CMMS preferred
