Country Manager

Job Description : Country Manager to lead and scale our fragrance footprint in UAE. As a global lifestyle brand with a growing fragrance portfolio, we’re seeking someone who can own the P&L, drive market share Key Responsibilities Full Ownership of the UAE Business : Sales planning, forecasting, and end-to-end performance management Retail & Channel Development: Expand footprint across A+ doors, perfumery chains, department stores, pharmacies and key beauty players Promoter Network Oversight: Lead deployment, performance KPIs and productivity of fragrance promoters across markets Trade Marketing & Visibility: Localize brand campaigns, execute sampling programs, launch new variants with impact Commercial Excellence: Track and improve sell-in / sell-out, monitor market shares, competitor benchmarking, pricing and promo analysis Compliance & Product Registration: Oversee documentation and regulatory coordination with in-market partners and internal teams Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with marketing, product, supply chain and finance to ensure seamless execution and rollout Key Qualifications: · 10-12 years of regional experience in fragrances, beauty or FMCG. · Proven track record in retail/channel management & commercial operations · Strong existing relationships with retailers/distributors · Leadership mindset with the ability to roll up sleeves and get things done · Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
