Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to join a dynamic company in the Manufacturing & Industrial Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring accuracy in reporting, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and international standards Implement and monitor internal controls Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings Support operational teams with financial insights to drive efficiency and cost savings Manage cash flow and working capital effectively Work closely with auditors and external stakeholders ???? Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Preferred certifications: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA 8–10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role in manufacturing or industrial sectors Strong expertise in: Revenue recognition (e.g., percentage of completion method) Claims management Retention accounting Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
