Country General Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY GENERAL MANAGER – MINING EQUIPMENT – AFRICA BILINGUAL ENGLISH & FRENCH SPEAKING EXTENSIVE KOMATSU EXPERIENCE We are recruiting an accomplished General Manager with at least 15 - 20 years' proven experience in the heavy equipment industry, with a strong emphasis on KOMATSU equipment, including equipment sales, spare parts, aftersales service, and machines rental. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader and capable of managing all aspects of the business. To be considered for this position you must: (1) have experience running a mining equipment distributor at Country Manager / GM level and with full responsibility for P&L (2) have extensive experience with Komatsu Mining Equipment and/or Komatsu dealerships (3) be bilingual English and French speaking (4) be willing to be employed in-country and on a Residential basis. This is not a Fly In/Fly Out position (5) the ability to lead and manage a fast-growing business, with a lot of potential (5) have Africa EXPAT experience AND excellent Sales skills Renewable Contract USD remuneration
