12 yearsJob Description : BDM DUBAI The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading the company's growth strategy in Dubai and the UAE. This involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, a proven track record of success in business development, and the ability to work strategically to expand the company's footprint. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the companys long-term goals. Conduct market research to identify new markets, growth areas, industry trends, and potential client segments. Analyse competitor activities and market trends to position the company effectively. Sales and Revenue Generation: Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and conferences. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor. o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, legal, and finance) to ensure seamless delivery of services and high client satisfaction. Ensure all client-facing documentation and contracts comply with local regulations and company standards. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue forecasts to senior management. Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically required. An MBA is often a plus. Proven experience in a Business Development or B2B sales role, preferably within a specific industry relevant to the company. Overall 10+ years of business development experience in the UAE market. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market. A strong professional network within Dubai and the UAE is a significant advantage. Essential Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). Excellent organizational and time management skills. A valid UAE driving license may be required. Arabic language skills
