Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI This Finance Manager shall be focused towards the oversight of financial accounting across a portfolio of investments and property assets, along with responsibility for managing treasury-related activities, whilst also developing management reports and budgetary planning within the business. In conjunction, this position will also take ownership of statutory reporting with oversight of all Tax (VAT & Corporate) related matters, spanning numerous jurisdictions, whilst also overseeing IFRS-compliant accounting finalisation and liaison for audit purposes. look to recruit a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) with exposure to a Big Four or Top Ten audit-type background, with a demonstrable track record of up to five years post-qualified experience, within a financial control and/or reporting-based environment. The client will look to pinpoint candidates whom are able to present an understanding of investment-related accounting, with a specific focus towards property management or family office, being a distinct advantage. This role and organisation will require a hands-on and strategic Accountant, whom is able to deliver within business support and analytical functions, including areas of financial modelling, cost control and consolidation of accounts. The client will look for strong communication and presentation skills, along with an understanding of the UAE market and a knowledge base, across a broad range of financial instruments and asset classes.
