Job Description : Head of Business Development (Pharma Industry) to lead strategic expansion initiatives across African markets based in Kinshasa, DRC. Key Requirements: B. Pharma or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences with MBA (preferred in Marketing/International Business). - Proven track record in pharmaceutical business development across East and West African countries. - Demonstrated success in opening new markets and establishing strong distributor/partner networks. - Hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions within the pharma domain. - Willingness for extensive international travel. - Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
