Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER UAE Experienced in Construction of major potable water pipeline/hydrocarbon pipeline or Steel Tanks or similar projects in Middle east or India. Responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a project, from initiation to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Should be well experienced in planning, controlling and execution of Projects with the following key attributes. Project Planning and Execution:Developing comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, setting deadlines, and establishing project goals. Team Leadership:Leading and motivating project teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Resource Management:Ensuring the availability of necessary resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Budget Management:Monitoring project costs, tracking expenses, and managing the budget to prevent overspending. Risk Management:Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing unforeseen challenges. Stakeholder Communication:Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Quality Assurance:Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. Schedule Management:Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Contract Management:Overseeing contract negotiations, managing contractual obligations, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Document Management:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
