Job Description : General Manager – Projects Location: Gujarat Company: Leading Engineering MNC We are urgently looking for an experienced General Manager – Projects to lead large-scale greenfield and brownfield industrial projects for a reputed engineering multinational in Gujarat. Key Requirements: Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience: 20–25 years in managing end-to-end industrial projects for Automobile, Auto Parts, Industrial Consumables, or Bearing manufacturing sectors Proven expertise in planning, execution, and completion of greenfield projects covering Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical works Strong track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with agencies for successful project delivery Experience collaborating with Project Heads, Operations, EHS, and Logistics teams for detailed design and execution Ability to engage and manage external engineering firms, architects, and consultants for civil, structural, and interior works Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage complete project lifecycle from concept planning to commissioning Oversee civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and interior works ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion Drive project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align project objectives Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements Provide strategic leadership to multiple contractors and cross-functional teams
