Join our leadership team as a Senior Finance Controller, where you'll work directly with the Group CFO to drive financial strategy, governance, and business performance across a diversified group. ???? Location: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) ???? Experience: 12–18 years in finance leadership roles ???? Qualification: CA and/or MBA from a premier institution (IIM or Tier-1 equivalent) ???? What You’ll Do: ???? Lead group-wide financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls ???? Partner with business heads to drive performance, cost optimization & growth ???? Spearhead ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) implementations and digitization initiatives ???? Ensure governance, risk management, and adherence to IFRS/local GAAP ???? Mentor a high-performing finance team and build a pipeline of future leaders ???? Why This Role?
