Job Description : Chief of Staff – Gurgaon | CTC up to ?75 LPA We’re hiring a Chief of Staff for a leading owner-driven manufacturing company based in Gurgaon. This is a strategic and high-impact role directly supporting the CEO. About the Role: As Chief of Staff, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and operational extension of the CEO. You’ll drive strategic priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure effective coordination across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp, business-minded professional ready to shape the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the CEO on business strategy, operations, and execution. Lead and manage key organizational projects. Drive interdepartmental collaboration and communication. Prepare board-level reports, presentations, and analytics. Represent the CEO in meetings and external engagements as needed. What We’re Looking For: MBA from a top-tier institute. 8–15 years of leadership or strategic experience, preferably in manufacturing. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
