FP & A Manager

Job Description : FP & A MANAGER BIRGINGHAM UK Role is open to International candidates Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to drive performance improvement. Develop financial models and scenario planning tools to evaluate business initiatives. Monitor financial KPIs and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. Improve financial reporting processes and enhance planning tools. Present monthly performance packs to executive leadership. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior FP&A team members. Collaborate with Accounting to ensure consistency and alignment in financial data. Key essentials of the FP&A Manager: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role Strong analytical and business partnering skills Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
