15 yearsJob Description : CFO THAILAND Oversee daily operations of the Finance department to ensure seamless execution of accounting functions within the technology company. Lead comprehensive financial planning processes including annual budgeting cycles and ongoing forecasting to support evolving business needs. Monitor and analyse monthly operating results alongside key performance indicators to assess progress against budgeted targets and strategic plans. Direct capital management activities such as investment evaluations and securing external financing to fuel business expansion. Prepare detailed reports on actual revenues, expenditures, and cash flow to provide actionable insights for senior leadership. Deliver advanced financial modelling and analysis to inform product development initiatives, partnership opportunities, and strategic investments. Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese financial regulations as well as international standards such as IFRS by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws. Establish departmental goals, policies, and operational procedures that align closely with overall corporate strategy for sustainable growth. Design effective organisational structures and staffing plans that enable the finance function to scale efficiently with business demands. Serve as the primary liaison on all financial matters for external stakeholders including auditors and regulatory agencies. What you bring: Demonstrated experience in senior-level financial leadership roles within high-growth or innovation-driven companies is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is required; holding a CPA or equivalent certification would be considered a significant advantage. At least five years’ experience in a senior finance position is expected; exposure to startup environments or digital transformation projects is beneficial. Exceptional business acumen combined with the ability to translate complex financial strategies into practical operational outcomes is essential. Fluency in both English and Thai is necessary along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Advanced proficiency using MS Excel, PowerPoint as well as modern financial reporting tools such as ERP systems or BI platforms is required. Comprehensive understanding of local tax legislation, Vietnamese financial regulations, and international standards like IFRS is critical for success.
