Job Description : GLOBAL FINANCE LEAD BELGIUM Open to International candidates Designing and enhancing global finance systems to support business growth and operational excellence across multiple geographies. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative technology solutions aligned with regulatory requirements. Leading large-scale projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards. Managing Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud and other third-party systems within a unified technology architecture. Partnering with business leads to set strategy, prioritise initiatives, and contribute to shared outcomes. Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address strategic challenges. The key qualifications required for this interim management job: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering Oracle-based solutions within multinational finance environments. A strong background in managing complex projects across diverse geographies is essential, along with expertise in core finance areas such as accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and reporting. Proficiency in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud modules and familiarity with third-party systems are highly desirable. Fluency in English is required, while additional language skills are a plus.
