Job Description : Director of Rooms – Tabuk, KSA We have been retained by a luxury resort in KSA to find a Director of Rooms. This role could also suit an Assistant Director of Rooms or a very strong Front Office Manager, looking for a leadership role. Due to Saudization requirements, the client is particularly interested in speaking with Saudi Nationals for this position. Director of Rooms Role – Overview: Responsible for the oversight and management of the rooms division, ensuring the highest standards of luxury and personalized service. A dynamic leader with a proven track record in luxury hospitality, exceptional operational expertise, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences. Lead, mentor, and develop the rooms division team, including front office, housekeeping, concierge, guest services, and laundry departments.
