Warehouse Manager

Job Description : WH MANAGER GHANA FOR CASHEWS leading West African Agricultural Commodities company dealing in International trading. Job Description: To manage and coordinate all warehouse activities ensuring security and safety of both commodity and staff. Represent trading company for negotiating contracts for cashew and shipment Logistics, Transport, Warehouse and Containers. Manage all the warehouse operations and warehouse related activity. Build & maintain a strong, long-lasting client relationship. Maintaining records of inward & outward stock on a daily basis. Keeping stock record & reconciliation of stock with regular report update. Maintain records of all customer invoicing and supplier's invoice Responsible for all vendor payment and maintained & reconciled vendor master & vendor balances preparing week wise schedule for supplier payment as per credit terms. Passing / debit/ credit note. Work with other staff members to generate product specifications. Knowledge of governmental rules regarding purchasing/shipping. Ability to effectively analyze data. Vendor control, stock monitoring warehouse maintenance. Analysis of reports taken out. Follow dispatch operation Manage loader workforce and should be able to resolve any large scale disputes arising out of the same. Time to time reports being sent to who deal with the operation. Maintain the warehouse related records bin card/inventory system/stock register maintenance and other mandatory documents. Daily / weekly monthly stock check activity. Minimum 5 years in cashew warehousing and 10+ years overall
