We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – International Sales (AC) to lead our Clients market development and re-export initiatives across select international regions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing strong sales channels and progressing toward full-scale distribution partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Drive initial multi-customer targeted sales across key target markets to seed future distribution models. Lead end-to-end sales cycles with direct customer engagement, from initial contact to deal closure. Develop and implement strategies to secure repeat orders, paving the way for exclusive distribution agreements. Establish and nurture client relationships across target geographies, focusing on Air Conditioning Project & Retail segments/ B2B sectors. Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market feedback to support long-term growth. Collaborate closely with internal product, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations. Candidate Profile: Age: Preferably below 40 years Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in International Sales of Air Conditioning , with a strong focus on international B2B selling & re-export Geographic Expertise: Must have hands-on sales experience (not just back-end support) in at least two of the following markets with multiple Visits or Stationed there. Africa Syria Iraq Iran Travel Exposure: Must have frequently visited and directly managed customers in these regions Market Understanding: Deep understanding of regional customer behavior, pricing, and distribution structures Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
