Job Description : CEO Chief Executive Officer- DOHA QATAR The position is as Profit Centre Head and shall be responsible for maintaining a profitable Business and meeting targets in both the top and bottom lines. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with an MBA from a top institution preferred. Age : Between 45 to 52 years Industry experience of 20 to 30 years in Construction including Oil & Gas field Required. Experience of around 5 to 10 years in the Middle East is a must, Working knowledge of Arabic, written and oral, is highly preferred Responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company and coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and Senior leadership team. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. Provide financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership. Improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership. Evaluate Company’s Financial, Operational, and Sales &Marketing Structures to plan for Continual Improvements and a Continual Increase of Operating Efficiencies. Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.
