Estimation and Commercial Engineer

Job Description : Estimation & Commercial Engineer UAE To work on different projects Development master budget, Cost plans, BOQ’s at concept (pre-contract) and detailed stage (post-contract) ensuring alignment with corporate goals, design intent and target budget given. Coordinating with Consultants/Design team, Contractors for necessary inputs required for Estimation as well driving Value engineering process. Managing Consultants & Contractors to ensure variations are avoided and thorough scrutiny of unavoidable ones. Diligent application of proper estimation and commercial practices with careful management of risk to ensure company profitability. Minimum Qualification: Bachelors/ Master’s in Civil engineering Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Minimum Experience: 7- 10 years of experience in Estimation & Commercial Management
