Job Description : Associate Director ESTIMATION for a leading property developer in Dubai Salary - AED 55,000-57,000 + family medical + Annual Bonus Candidate must have strong experience of 10-12 years having worked with property developers in Dubai & must have worked with multibillion dollar projects. Role & Responsibilities: - -QS/Tendering; Must be adept in Cost Estimation/Quantity Survey, Budgeting, Tendering and Benchmarking, Tender management, negotiation and finalization, Pre & Post Contract Commercial Management, Cost Plan management, Stakeholder Management, Assessment & preparation of Cost Estimates, Procurement of Consultant and Contractors, preparation of Budget Estimates/Cost Plans, Contract preparation for Consultant & Contractor appointments.
