Job Description : Business Development Manager – West Africa | EPC / Infra Sector Are you an hashtag#Indian EPC/Infrastructure professional with a passion for international markets? We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead project acquisitions across West Africa in sectors like Oil & Gas, Power, Water, Civil, and Telecom. What You’ll Do: -Identify and lead large infra/EPC project opportunities in West Africa -Manage complete BD lifecycle – prospecting, bidding, negotiation, financing -Structure project finance models & engage with international funding agencies -Collaborate with internal teams on costing, planning & execution strategy -Handle stakeholder relationships and mitigate technical, financial, and geopolitical risks What We’re Looking For: -Indian nationals with 10–15 years in EPC/infra BD or project sales -BE/BTech (Civil/Mechanical) required | MBA preferred -Must have experience in Africa or the Middle East -Strong commercial acumen, project finance exposure, and negotiation skills -Fluency in English; French is a big plus Location: West Africa (on-site preferred) Preferred Age: 35–40 years
