Chief Business Officer

Job Description : PHAMRA CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER MUMBAI We are looking for a dynamic CBO to lead strategic and operational functions across a mid-sized pharmaceutical organization. Key Highlights: • Lead multi-site pharma operations, including third-party and in-house manufacturing and Sales & Marketing • Oversee R&D, supply chain, QA, and project execution for regulated and semi-regulated markets • Build systems for audit readiness and ensure compliance with USFDA, EU GMP, TGA, and other global standards • Guide teams in achieving high productivity, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of 400+ professionals • Spearhead business growth, greenfield/brownfield expansions, and process excellence • Must have worked extensively with global markets and managed P&L responsibilities • Experience: 20+ years in pharmaceutical operations with strategic and leadership exposure and must have handled P&L responsibility. Location: Mumbai Travel: Domestic required, international as needed
