Conversion Head

Job Description : Head of Electrical Conversion and Application (mining excavators). Location; INDIA (expat) The candidate should serve as the Head of Electrical Conversion and Application, with deep expertise in the conversion, deployment, and field monitoring of electrical excavators. This role will lead the design efforts within the Project Engineering team for the electrification of mining equipment, including large excavators and other related systems. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Design cum application head to join our Project Engineering team, specializing in the conversion of large electrical mining excavators and other electrification projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with OEMs like Liebherr, Terex, Komatsu, or Hitachi and be well-versed in high-voltage systems, electrical schematics, and integration design. This role will play a critical part in supporting the organization’s transition to energy-efficient and hybrid mining equipment.
