Job Description : Business Head Location: Lagos, Nigeria Industry: Metal, Steel / Building Material Reports to: General Manager / Operations Director Role Overview The Business Head will lead the overall strategy, operations, and profitability of the company. This role demands strong commercial acumen, leadership, and execution capability to drive business growth across Nigeria and West Africa. Key Responsibilities 1.Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across product lines and regions. 2.Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain). 3.Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and performance targets. 4.Build strong customer and partner relationships to expand market presence. 5.Oversee day-to-day business operations for efficiency and compliance. 6.Foster a performance-driven culture with strong people development. Requirements 1. 10+ years in leadership roles, preferably in Steel Industries. 2. Proven P&L management and market expansion experience. 3. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. 4. Proficient in MS Office tools. 5. Willingness to travel across Nigeria and West Africa.
