Sales Manager

Job Description : Sales Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team, overseeing channel partnerships, managing regional dealers, and delivering on monthly sales targets. You’ll be a key part of our strategic expansion across East and Central Africa. ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Develop and manage channel partners (dealers, sub-dealers) ???? Achieve sales targets and manage forecasting ???? Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service ???? Identify and execute growth opportunities in your territory ???? Conduct regular sales training and coaching ???? Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights ? Ideal Candidate ?? 8+ years of experience in project or channel sales (steel, cement, or building materials preferred) ?? Previous experience in Africa is highly preferred ?? Excellent communication & negotiation skills ?? Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities ?? Fluent in English (Hindi & Swahili are a plus) ??
