Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering Professional Summary: Seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with over 15–20 years of proven expertise in implementing and monitoring QA/QC systems in fabrication, construction, and industrial manufacturing environments. Skilled in developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and inspection regimes that ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications. Strong leadership in coordinating quality audits, managing inspection teams, and achieving organizational QA objectives. Key Responsibilities: ? Define, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems. ? Monitor and review compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, and project specifications. ? Supervise QA/QC inspectors, engineers, and document controllers across various departments. ? Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001, client audits, third-party inspections). ? Ensure timely documentation and closure of NCRs, CARs, and preventive actions. ? Manage quality KPIs and reports, driving continuous improvement initiatives. ? Coordinate with production, engineering, and HSE teams to maintain cross-functional quality standards. ? Act as the primary interface with clients and certification bodies for all quality-related matters. ? Ensure quality objectives are met and aligned with company targets and strategic goals. Core Competencies: Quality Management Systems (QMS – ISO 9001) Welding and Fabrication QA/QC NDT Coordination and Inspection Planning Document Control and Quality Records Internal/External Audit Management Root Cause Analysis & CAPA Vendor and Subcontractor Quality Control Familiarity with international codes (ASME, AWS, API, ISO) Certifications (Preferred): ???? Lead Auditor – ISO 9001 ???? NDT Level II / Welding Inspector (AWS / CSWIP) – optional but advantageous.
