Job Description : General Manager (Industrial Packaging) (JB5545) Kinshasa, Congo $5,000 – $6,000 a month + Single person Accommodation provided +Two trips home annually + Annual performance bonus depending on company performance Contract - 2–3 year renewable contracts / work permits handled by the company An established manufacturing company specialising in industrial sacks and packaging solutions is seeking a strategic and operationally strong General Manager for their facility near Kinshasa, Congo. This role requires full oversight of all company operations, including production, finance, procurement, administration, and logistics. The company operates on long-term client contracts, so the focus is on efficient production, financial planning, and operational excellence rather than high-volume sales. The successful candidate will work closely with the Factory Manager, lead department heads, and report to the board. This is a hands-on role for a leader with strong turnaround skills who can get the factory back on track operationally and financially. The position includes housing, two company-paid trips home annually, and a potential annual performance bonus.
