Job Description : COO USA Role is open to International candidates Rapid American growth means we now need a hands-on COO to transform a 30-person core team + partner network into one high-performing engine, lift margins, and embed AI-driven ways of working. What you’ll own Unify five functions: Research Ops, Marketing, Business Development, Data/Engineering, and our emerging Consulting practice. Commercial & margin management: Partner with the CEO to hit top-line growth and healthy gross-margin targets. Process & people: Embed OKRs, KPIs, agile rituals, and vendor frameworks that cut delivery time and boost engagement. AI acceleration: Champion new AI/ML projects (panel automation, Gen-AI reporting) and manage tech partners. Governance: Approve new hires and OPEX within an agreed threshold. What success looks like (12 months) 60-70 % of MD’s internal time freed for client work. +30-40 % billing uplift from existing clients. High-NPS delivery with minimal staff attrition. What you bring 10 + yrs in data/insights, SaaS, or tech-enabled services (luxury/premium focus). 3 + yrs leading multi-office teams of 30-100 people. Proven record of boosting margins and streamlining ops.
