About the Role As Head of Construction, you will play a pivotal role within the Estates and Development team, contributing to the day-to-day operations and the strategic direction of our new store and refurbishment programmes. You will be a key spokesperson for the business on all matters relating to construction and fit-out, championing collaboration, compliance, sustainability, and the unique company culture. You will be the point of contact for all appointed suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants, nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A “stores-first” approach is essential, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between Estates, Development, Maintenance, Operations, and other business functions.
