15 yearsJob Description : Regional Sales Manager - Papua New Guinea Our client is a leading supplier and service provider to the Retail and Foodservice industry across the Pacific, with manufacturing sites, and numerous branches throughout Papua New Guinea. As a result of a growth, an exciting opportunity now exists for a number of suitably qualified, results driven and experienced management professional to join the organisation with a key focus on the Pacific market. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this critical role is responsible for achieving regional sales and profitability goals, providing leadership and influence across the business unit, negotiating promotional programs and maintaining strong customer relationships. Other key responsibilities include developing and delivering key account and change management strategies, performance management and identifying innovative solutions. We are seeking a professional who can demonstrate success within a similar sales role within the FMCG Market segment. Proven previous experience in developing positive relationships and the delivery of marketing strategies and or Logistics experience is essential. Other important competencies and personal attributes include financial aptitude, high level planning and negotiation skills, strong verbal and written communication and a results-oriented approach. Tertiary qualifications in business management or similar will be highly considered and an achievement-driven focus with a tenacious yet flexible personal style is vital.
