Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR UAE for a leading main contractor in the UAE with a proven track record of delivering large scale build projects. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Commercial Director to oversee multiple projects across the UAE. Responsibilities Provide strategic commercial leadership across the company’s project portfolio Oversee all cost management, contract administration, and commercial risk strategies Lead a high-performing team of commercial managers and quantity surveyors Work closely with the board on commercial strategy, reporting, and business planning Negotiate high-value contracts and manage key client relationships Ensure compliance with contractual frameworks (FIDIC or similar) and industry best practices 20+ years’ experience in commercial management, with a minimum of 5 years at Commercial Director level
