Your responsibilities as a Head of Accounting : Ensure accurate and timely IFRS reporting, including monthly closings, annual statements, and audits Act as main liaison with Shared Service Center and internal teams to drive efficiency and resolve financial queries Manage tax compliance, credit risk, and financial controls to safeguard business integrity Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring effective performance management and resource planning About you : You hold a degree in accounting, finance, or similar You bring 15+ years’ experience in a comparable role in a corporate, international setting You’re SAP-savvy and confident with technical accounting topics You lead and motivate with clarity and confidence You thrive in a dynamic environment with a positive mindset You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently
